Thanks to MDA’s post today, outlining 12 health and fitness blogs, I have now found some new blog obsessions!
There are three that really stood out and I am now particularly fond of:
1. The Eating Academy– wow this guys some great info. His story is very interesting and I love the way he presents and organizes his information.
2. Paleo for Women– IF YOU ARE A FEMALE YOU MUST START READING THIS BLOG IMMEDIATELY! I actually ran across her blog a few weeks back but didn’t really follow up on it besides following her on facebook. I actually explored her blog a little more today and DAMN, good stuff! Amazing articles and information for females. She discusses differences between men and women in terms of nutrition and some of the things that primal people outline (ex: fasting… it may work for men, not so much for women!). Anyway READ IT!
3. Paleo/Non-Paleo– Great blog. I want to explore it a bit more, but from what I’ve read so far, I love it. I feel like she really understands the struggle to go paleo and helps with that transition… letting you know its okay if you struggle! She has a whole page on eating autoimmune plaeo which I’m excited to look into more. I think that will be a good diet to follow with Lyme. I shall be sure to make a post about it once I’ve researched it more and maybe given it a shot 😉
